Just Love this Quote
I have been ill with the Bipolar and unable to function, my brain switches off and I go into a deep sleep, very often it is depression that triggers it. I have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder but I had to come off the medication because of other medications I have to take. Thankfully whenever I feel down I have some ‘go-to’s’ solutions and one of them is watching Queer Eye these guys are wonderful human beings. And often there are quotes posted in the show and one that completely affected my mood was a quote from Muhammed Ali he was a wise man, in total alignment with the Universe.
