Feeling Forgiving

Don’t you just love that? It’s so true it’s harder to hold onto hostilities than to enjoy living in the every day. And it is crucial to recognise that you don’t have to forget. So often I had family say to me “forgive and forget” I can forgive but to forget is something impossible for me.
It makes living so much nicer and of course healthier too! Imagine all that stress coursing round your body! Ew! Cannot imagine what awful things that could do. So many times we are faced with challenges whether you are a parent or relative there may be times you are challenged in family social networks and the time we have alive is precious so really enjoy it. Enough with the ‘woah is me’ it’s like falling on your own sword. As my best mate Adam says “just don’t go there”
